New CRM system enhances ASIC's Education Services

ASIC has hit another milestone in its rollout of improvements being made across the scope of its operations to make it easier for education providers to engage with its accreditation, consultancy, and support services.

Welcome Poc!

"Poc" is our new CRM (designed and developed in-house) to streamline organising the accreditation process internally, speed up access to information, improve support response times, and improve institution engagement with the ASIC International Community.

Benefits of new CRM system for ASIC Accredited and Member Institutions

The advantage of in-house development has meant that the system is tailored (using institutional feedback gathered across a range of contact points) to significantly enhance the experience of institutions across the entire life-cycle of their accreditation and membership with ASIC.

The UK system has successfully progressed through all development and testing stages and launched this week. The International system will follow later this year. The benefit for our institutions will be cumulative as ASIC continues to move through its internal development stages, as outlined last year.

Improved Accreditation Process

  • Streamlined communication: Efficient communication channels, including clear updates, notifications, and document sharing.
  • Transparent process: Real-time visibility into the status of the accreditation and inspection process, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Centralised document management: Secure storage and easy access to accreditation-related documents.
  • Efficient data collection: Simplified data submission, reducing administrative burden.

Enhanced Customer Service

  • Dedicated support: All staff can answer initial status queries regarding the process with direct access to the correct support channels for appropriate levels and stages - accreditation process and organisation, inspections and committee decisions, and accredited and member institution support.
  • Personalised assistance: Tailored support based on institution needs, accreditation level, and level of interaction and engagement with ASIC services and events.
  • Faster response times: Efficient query resolution and issue handling.
  • Knowledge base: Access to a repository of information and FAQs with improved staff training and access to key information and resources.

Deeper Understanding of Institution Needs

  • Data-driven insights: Analysis of data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Personalised communication: Targeted messages and offers based on institution needs.
  • Relationship building: Stronger connections through regular interaction and engagement.
  • Proactive support: Anticipating institution needs and providing timely assistance.

Access to Promotional Opportunities

  • Visibility: Increased exposure through featured listings and new promotional materials.
  • Targeted marketing: Access to relevant marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Partnership development: Increased visibility of opportunities to connect with potential partners.
  • Boost engagement: Improving UK and International engagement in complementary and supplementary services to further build the ASIC International Community, sharing in best-practice and fellowship.

Operational Efficiency

  • Time-saving: Automation and streamlining of routine tasks.
  • Improved organisation: Centralised storage of institution information and documents.
  • Reduced errors: Minimised data inconsistencies and inaccuracies.
  • Data security: Protection of sensitive institution data.
  • Compliance management: Feeds into internal Continuous Improvement Processes, meeting accreditation standards and regulations, including ISO ISO 9001 Accreditation for Quality Management and ISO 14001 evaluation for Environmental Management Systems.

ASIC is confident that the developments made across the organisation will serve every institution we work with through the optimisation of their accreditation journey, an enhanced relationship with ASIC, and increased awareness of how to gain access to valuable resources and opportunities.
