The ASIC Advisory Board for Accreditation (AABA) is responsible for our governance, preserving the autonomy and impartiality of our operation. The members of the ASIC International Advisory Council (AIAC) advise ASIC on global best-practice, local conditions, and the accreditation process.

The ASIC Advisory Board for Accreditation (AABA), of which most members are external, is responsible for monitoring the independence and objectivity of our work. The ASIC International Advisory Council (AIAC) AIAC members represent over 20 countries and provide their expertise on international best-practice and the accreditation process. They also act as consultants to our schools, colleges, and universities.
Our Standards and KPIs are transparent and in the public domain, and our inspections lead to comprehensive and accessible reports. A review of our activities, alongside reporting on future development initiatives, is presented annually in association with our programme of conferences.
